Vicks Sinex Decongestant Spray is used for the symptomatic relief of congestion in the upper respiratory tract. It includes the active ingredient oxymetazoline hydrochloride, which helps clear blocked noses, stuffy sinuses and sinus pressure caused by viruses such as the common cold. It's suitable for adults and children aged 12 and above.

Typically, you won't experience side effects from Vicks Sinex Decongestant Nasal Spray. However, you may notice:

  • Stinging, dryness or burning in your nose.
  • Sneezing.

Serious side effects:

  • Blurred vision.
  • Tremors.
  • An increase in the severity of nasal stuffiness/runniness.
  • Rapid, erratic or pulsating heart rate.
  • Dizziness, tiredness, lightheadedness or headaches.
  • Agitation.
  • Insomnia.
  • Frailty.
