Rhinolast is a nasal spray used to treat hay fever and allergy symptoms such as sneezing, itchy noses, congestion, and blocked noses. It reduces the amount of histamine the body produces and lowers the allergic response the patient experiences within 12 hours. Rhinolast nasal spray is suitable for adults and children over six years and contains the active ingredient azelastine hydrochloride (an antihistamine).
