Lemsip Max Day and Night Cold and Flu Relief Capsules combine potent ingredients that soothe cold and flu symptoms, including fever, runny nose, headache, and body aches. The daytime capsules include caffeine to help you stay focused and alert during the day, while the nighttime capsules include paracetamol to promote a good night's sleep. Each formulation contains phenylephrine (a decongestant) which lessens sinus pressure. It's suitable for adults and children aged 16 and over and contains paracetamol, phenylephrine and caffeine.

Lemsip Max Day and Night Cold and Flu Relief Capsules combat cold and flu symptoms, such as a sore throat, cough, fever or runny nose. They're designed to work around the clock thanks to their potent active ingredients - paracetamol, phenylephrine and caffeine.

You may experience side effects when taking Lemsip Max Day and Night Cold and Flu Relief Capsules, but this is rare.

The daytime capsules include caffeine which, in some people, can lead to restlessness, insomnia and nervousness. The nighttime capsules contain paracetamol. If taken in high doses over prolonged periods, this can lead to liver damage.
