Lemsip Max All-in-One Lemon Sachets rapidly relieve fever, headaches, sore throats, and blocked noses caused by colds and flu. Paracetamol is a fever reducer and painkiller that helps diminish pain. Guaifenesin (an expectorant) helps thin and loosen mucus in your chest, so it's easier to cough up. Phenylephrine hydrochloride (a decongestant) constricts blood vessels in your nasal passages, lessening swelling. It's suitable for adults and children aged 16 and over and contains phenylephrine hydrochloride, paracetamol and guaifenesin.

  • For the symptomatic relief of colds and flu
  • Relieves chesty coughs, body aches and a blocked or runny nose
