Warnings

Galpharm is one of the most popular cold and flu treatments, but you need to take it responsibly. Never take more than eight capsules in a day, and leave four hours between doses.

If the cold doesn't improve or your symptoms worsen while taking the medication, you should contact your doctor immediately.

Remember to look for the expiry date printed on the label and buy more medicine instead of taking expired capsules.

You can reduce some side effects by drinking plenty of water and resting until you feel better.
