Dymista is a nasal spray that contains a steroid called Beclometasone, which helps to reduce inflammation in the nose caused by pollen and opens up the airways to make breathing easier.

It also contains azelastine, an antihistamine that blocks receptors that cause allergic reactions and reduces hay fever symptoms.

You can buy Dymista nasal spray from Pharmacy Online following a short consultation with our online pharmacists.

When to Use Dymista Nasal Spray?

Dymista Nasal Spray is usually only prescribed when traditional antihistamines don't provide relief. Here's when to use it:

  • Preventative Measures: Your healthcare professional will recommend using Dymista before hay fever season begins, as it can reduce your symptoms. If you know you might be exposed to known allergens, you should also use it before to prevent reactions.
  • During Symptoms: You can also take Dymista when you're experiencing the symptoms of allergic rhinitis.

If you've had success with other antihistamines, your doctor may recommend that you continue taking them instead of using Dymista.

Dymista Age Restrictions

Dymista isn't recommended for use in children under 12, as there's no research to prove its safety. If your child suffers from allergic rhinitis, please seek alternative treatments.

How to Use Dymista Nasal Spray?

When using Dymista Spray, please follow these instructions to ensure it successfully prevents and treats your symptoms:

  1. Shake the bottle for 5 seconds and tilt it upwards, then downwards for each use.
  2. If you're using it for the first time or haven't used the spray for a week, prime the pump by releasing around six sprays into the air. If a fine mist appears, it's fine to use.
  3. Blow your nose to ensure the nostrils are clear.
  4. When applying the spray, tilt your head downward instead of up. Then insert the tip into one nostril and hold the other closed.
  5. Place the spray tip towards the outer area of your nostril instead of the nasal septum.
  6. Pump the spray and breathe in gently - don't sniff hard.
  7. Breathe out through your mouth and repeat the process. Then wipe the tip with a tissue and put the cap back on.

Dymista Dosage Instructions

Adults and children over 12 should apply one spray into each nostril morning and evening. Please don't exceed the recommended dosage, as it can cause reactions.
