Dolvan Tablets target the symptoms of heavy head colds and influenza (the flu). The tablets combine four powerful ingredients including an antihistamine, decongestant, painkiller, and caffeine. The antihistamine reduces your body's response to histamine, easing itching, sneezing, and mucus production. The powerful decongestant reduces swollen nasal blood vessels; while the painkiller soothes mild to moderate discomfort and feverishness. Caffeine makes you feel more alert, diminishing drowsiness. These film-coated tablets are suitable for adults and children aged 12 and over and contain the active substance diphenhydramine, ephedrine, paracetamol, and caffeine.
