The powerful decongestant reduces swollen nasal blood vessels; while the painkiller soothes mild to moderate discomfort and feverishness. Caffeine makes you feel more alert, diminishing drowsiness. These film-coated tablets are suitable for adults and children aged 12 and over and contain the active substance diphenhydramine, ephedrine, paracetamol, and caffeine.
