Disprin contains soluble tablets to treat a variety of ailments such as sore throats, headaches, and sciatica. The active ingredient Aspirin works to provide relief from pain, swelling, and fever. It belongs to the family of drugs known as NSAIDs (Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs).

Disprin may cause stomach disturbances such as nausea, vomiting, and diarrhoea. Patients who suffer from asthma should take Disprin with caution as it may trigger an asthmatic attack. Patients taking blood thinners such as warfarin should not take Disprin without first seeking medical advice as this can cause excess bleeding.
