Difflam throat mouth spray is a fast and effective treatment for sore throats and painful mouths. You can use it if you're suffering from mouth ulcers, dental surgery inflammation, teething, aching gums or tongue, or a sore throat. Difflam mouth spray contains zero gluten, lactose, or sugar and provides the perfect amount of relief directly to the source of pain. When sprayed on the affected area, it acts as a local anaesthetic, triggering numbness and, thus, pain relief. Difflam mouth spray is suitable for children and adults. The active ingredient is benzydamine hydrochloride 0.15% w/w (a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medication).

It has the active ingredient Benzydamine Hydrochloride, which belongs to the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) family. It acts by reducing pain and inflammation in the throat area. Difflam Spray may cause a burning or stinging sensation. Rarer side effects may include an allergic-type reaction or in extremely rare circumstances anaphylaxis.
