Dermol 500 lotion 500ml is an emollient that moisturises and softens dry skin, particularly if you're experiencing dermatitis or eczema. You can use it as an emollient or in place of an ordinary soap or shower gel that causes skin irritation. Dermol 500 lotion tackles bacteria present on your skin and stops infection caused by scratching itchy areas. It also hydrates areas of dry skin, whether you suffer with it on your hands, backs of your knees, or face, and controls symptoms such as itching. Anyone can use Dermol 500 - even babies. There are two active ingredients in Dermol 500: Benzalkonium chloride and chlorhexidine dihydrochloride (both are antimicrobials).
