Covonia Chesty Cough Mixture is a cough mixture that provides symptomatic relief of chesty coughs. It comprises levomenthol, squill tincture, and liquorice liquid extract. These natural ingredients are known as expectorants, which help clear mucus when you're struggling with a chesty cough. Menthol helps relieve blockages caused by bronchitis and chesty coughs.
As with all medications, Covonia Chesty Cough Mixture Mentholated may cause side effects:
- Elevated sodium levels and increased water retention in the body.
- Allergic reactions like skin rash, dermatitis, itchy lumps, and flushing.
- Diminished blood potassium concentration. Unstable sodium and potassium levels may prompt symptoms such as confusion, muscle frailty, mental fog, and erratic heartbeat.
- Digestive disturbances like stomach ache, being sick and loose stools.
