Covonia Hot Dose Cough and Cold Syrup provides nighttime relief for a dry, raspy cough with no mucus and nasal congestion symptoms caused by colds and other viruses. Dextromethorphan hydrobromide is a cough suppressant, easing dry, pesky coughs. Diphenhydramine hydrochloride is an antihistamine with sedative effects, relieving blockages by loosening nasal and sinus inflammation.
