Cerazette pill is a hormonal-based, progestogen-only contraceptive pill that regulates a woman’s cycle and prevents pregnancy. The contraceptive pill mimics the naturally produced female hormone progesterone to regulate the menstrual cycle. Cerazette prevents your ovaries from releasing an egg each month (ovulation). The mini pill is suitable for women up to 55 years old and contains the active ingredient Desogestrel.
