Beechams Powders Capsules treat and soothe cold and flu symptoms such as headaches, nasal congestion, sore throats, and pain. You can also take Beechams Powers Capsules to relieve toothache, migraines, period pain, sinusitis, rheumatic discomfort, and neuralgia. Paracetamol eases pain, caffeine enhances paracetamol's pain-relieving effects, while phenylephrine alleviates blocked nose and sinus pressure. It's suitable for adults and children aged six and above and contains paracetamol, caffeine and phenylephrine hydrochloride.

Beechams Powders Capsules rapidly relieve cold and flu symptoms, including fevers, aches, pains, sore throats, and nasal congestion. They contain three active ingredients: caffeine, paracetamol and phenylephrine hydrochloride, which work together to reduce pain and unblock stuffy noses.

It's unlikely you'll experience any side effects when using Beechams Powders. Paracetamol doesn't usually cause unwanted side effects, but you may experience an allergic reaction like a skin rash.

Other rare side effects include:

  • Headache.
  • Feeling dizzy.
  • Stomach upset.
  • Insomnia.
  • Increased blood pressure.
  • Heart palpitations (due to phenylephrine).
