Beechams All-in-One non drowsy tablets alleviate flu, cold, and chesty cough symptoms, including fever, headaches, stuffy noses, and throat irritation. Paracetamol (an analgesic) eases pain and reduces fever-induced temperature. Phenylephrine hydrochloride (a decongestant) unblocks stuffy sinuses and noses, enabling you to breathe more effortlessly. Guaifenesin (an expectorant) clears mucus and chesty cough symptoms. Suitable for adults and adolescents aged 16 and over, and contains paracetamol, guaifenesin and phenylephrine.
