Beechams All-In-One Liquid relieves colds, flu, and chesty coughs. It helps reduce symptoms like a blocked nose, sore throat, aches, pains, chills, and painful sinuses. Paracetamol is a painkiller that combats fever, headaches, and muscle pain. Guaifenesin loosens mucus and eases chesty coughs, while phenylephrine is a decongestant that unblocks sinuses and noses, enabling you to breathe more effortlessly. It's suitable for adults and children aged 16 and over and contains paracetamol, guaifenesin, and phenylephrine hydrochloride.

Beechams All-in-One Liquid is a triple-action, menthol-flavoured syrup that provides relief from symptoms associated with the common cold and flu, including feverishness, headaches, painful sinuses, aches and pains, irritated throats, and chesty coughs (productive cough symptoms).
This medication may induce side effects, including:
- Allergic-type reactions (swelling of the facial features, skin itchiness, rashes, rapid heart rate or breathing problems).
- Nausea.
- Vomiting.
Talk to your GP before taking Beechams All-in-One oral solution if you are pregnant or suffer from chronic cough, high blood pressure, liver disease or asthma. Also, consult your GP if you are taking prescribed medicines.
